AuraRefine X-Series BPD-100 is a continuous waste oil re-refining system designed to produce high-quality base oil in line with European standards. By combining advanced thin film distillation and liquid-liquid solvent extraction technologies, the system ensures maximum efficiency, stable operation, and superior product purity. Its modular design allows fast installation, easy transportation, and scalable capacity, making it an ideal solution for modern recycling facilities.

Process Overview
Waste oil enters the system and is first preheated to reduce viscosity and prepare it for separation. It then passes through the following stages:
1- De-Watering Module (HydroSep™)
Free and emulsified water is removed to ensure stable downstream processing.
2- Light Ends Recovery (AeroStrip™)
Light hydrocarbons and fuel fractions are separated from the oil.
3- Thin Film Distillation (CoreRefine™ WFE)
High-efficiency evaporation separates base oil from heavy contaminants.
4- Solvent Extraction Module
Final purification step where liquid-liquid extraction removes remaining impurities to achieve high-quality base oil.
Recovered solvent is continuously recycled within the system, ensuring efficiency and low operating cost.
