We design and supply compact modular bitumen production plants for industrial applications. Depending on feedstock quality and plant configuration, our systems can process vacuum residue, short residue, selected heavy refinery fractions, flux oils, and suitable additives to produce paving grade bitumen, oxidized bitumen, modified bitumen blends, and other project-specific products.

What We Do


We design and supply compact modular bitumen production plants for industrial applications. Our systems can be configured for heating, blending, reaction, storage, filtration, and truck or drum loading operations.

Feedstocks and Materials
Depending on the project scope and target product, our plants can process vacuum residue, short residue, selected heavy refinery fractions, flux oils, and suitable performance additives. Where technically appropriate, blending components and modifiers can also be integrated into the process.

 

Bitumen Products
Depending on feedstock quality and plant configuration, the system can be designed to produce different grades of bitumen, including paving grade bitumen, oxidized bitumen, modified bitumen blends, and other project-specific products required for road construction, roofing, and industrial waterproofing applications.

Engineering Approach
Each plant is engineered according to feedstock properties, target penetration or viscosity range, daily production capacity, and storage or loading requirements. This allows us to offer practical and scalable solutions for small and medium-scale industrial projects.
